Bulk Billing
All GP appointments are bulk billing.
Transfer of Medical Records
Please note that any requests to transfer medical records will now incur a $50 fee.
Procedures
All procedures, with all GP’s may incur a non-rebated, out-of-pocket fee, as determined by the Nurse and/or GP. These fees may vary depending on the type of procedure and products used.
No Medicare
Overseas students/Visitors are billed at medicare rates (Health insurance usually refunds most or all of it).
Patients without a Medicare card will be required to pay privately/Private Insurance as shown below.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please advise reception at least 3 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel. If you do not give us 3 hours’ notice, or you do not attend your appointment, did not attend charges will apply - $25.
Under appointment cancellation policy, our doctors appreciate your co-operation as below:

A minimum of 3 hours’ notice, prior to your scheduled appointment time, is required for cancellation.

Patients not attending or cancelling their appointment within 3 hours of their scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply.

This outstanding fee MUST be paid before you are able to book another appointment with our practice.
Short notice appointment cancellation and failed attendance disrupts service for other patients and adversely impacts the running of our practice. Providing us with a minimum of 3 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance to Verbal abuse, Aggression & Violence.
